"Now she's in the room," Proteus said.
"Nice job, Pro. Most advanced AI in the system. What a smelly heap of crap," Roger said.
"What you guys talking about?" Singularity asked.
The tall, slender woman stepped further into Proteus' command control office. The door closed behind her. Proteus' holographic avatar dissolved, leaving Roger alone with the intruder and no shadow in which to hide.
